Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with stunning mountain views and is equipped with a full kitchen or 3 bedrooms, featuring 2 queen beds. While the service could have been improved, the hotel offers a range of commercial services like laundry, ski pass vendors, and ski equipment hire. The location, nestled in the mountains of Wyoming, is a bit challenging to find due to ongoing road construction, but it's worth it for its proximity to the town center. The dining experience includes indulgent pastries, and the facilities are well-maintained.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, it's so convenient to explore all the excitement in Jackson Hole with the rooms being easily accessible. The hot tub location adds a nice touch, and having a kitchen in the room was handy. However, there were some hiccups like the service that could have been more attentive, and we were disappointed that our waiter couldn't accommodate our simple request. The absence of our reservation was quite inconvenient. On the upside, the hotel offers various commercial services, laundry facilities, and even assistance with ski passes and equipment. Perhaps the cherry on top was the welcome drink and the option for tours and ticket help. On the location front, being situated at the Gun Barrel restaurant definitely had its charms, and the Wyoming mountains provide a picturesque backdrop. While it's a bit away from the bustling downtown, having the slopes right outside our door made up for it. The proximity to the airport was a plus, but the inconvenience of having to go to another restaurant off the property for meals dampened our experience. Regarding dining, it's a relief that meals were included, and the seasonal dishes were delightful. The facilities were satisfactory, enhancing our overall stay. In terms of value for money, some aspects could be improved to offer a more ideal experience.
I found this hotel to be a gem in Jackson Hole! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to all the fun the area has to offer, with the bonus of a balcony providing a breathtaking view of the Grand Teton. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials, adding to a comfortable stay.
